Had Mr. Hammer represent me on a case. Took a plea deal for probation and he said he would file a motion for early termination of the parole free of charge. When it came time i tried to contact him multiple times and he would not return any calls….Report

?? This law firm is not acceptable for my family and I. We have called Mark many many times, including using the first extension to reach Shannon. Nobody's calling back. They took the money, and there has been no call back on anything regarding the case for my family and I. We are very disappointed, and we're very confused. And we're hoping that somebody calls back. Because everyone of my family members has called the office, but no one seems to be picking up. Also, texting is not going through either. So I don't know what is going on. But I do need this fixed as soon as possible.Report

I wrote the first review a few months ago. Around June. It is now October and my thoughts are still the same! Except that this is the WORST law firm ever.
The money is taken without any hesitation LOL and that's the funny thing because the moment there's a fee offered in the family who is in clear distress is going to pay for it, Mark will 100% take the money without any reluctancy and then not get in touch with you or your family whatsoever. Super disappointing! There has been no calls, no text messages, no emails, no form of reaching out. And there has been no next step process on what he can do to help my family and I. So if you guys are thinking of getting a lawyer, do not get Mark or anything related to his firm. ??

I'm getting a ridiculous excuse of the pandemic, and being short staffed, yet there is no problem taking $10,000 for the fee.
