Steins Broadway offers newly rehabbed apartments for rent and commercial spaces for lease.  Our Development Company specializes in high-end renovation and restoration of historic properties located in South City's Carondelet neighborhood in St. Louis, MO.

Our projects include a mixture of rehabbed and newly constructed condominiums, apartments, and single-family homes, as well as commercial properties including office and retail space for lease.

The development has multiple phases, currently featuring apartments and commercial spaces for lease along the South Broadway Corridor in the heart of Carondelet in St. Louis, MO. An additional 36 units are targeted for completion August through October of 2010, and in the Spring of 2011, Steins Broadway will open 77 additional apartments for rent at 8125 Michigan.
