The hotel is in a great spot. Very convenient for Kirkwood, not far from STL. The hotel is in good shape. The on-site restaurant is nice and offers room service, but appeared to get very busy on weekends. Front desk staff was fantastic. Very helpful and accommodating.Report

They have bed bugs, I told the front desk and they moved us to the 4th floor saying that they haven't had issues up there. They didn't seem suprised or concerned. If it wasnt 1 in the morning I would have just left. This was the major issue but in general this was not a quality hotel by any stretch of the imagination.Report

We were not told that the staff did not clean or make-up room and that we were to put our trash in the hallway. Understand this is covid protocol but we should have been informed. We stay at Holiday Inn versus Holiday Inn Express because of on-site restaurant, especially for breakfast. Understand that pandemic has caused changes to include only a box breakfast. Hope at some point breakfast is brought back or we will need to find another hotel.Report

These people who manage this place are some big liars they will lie to you and they would tell you are you are hired and will not never ever call you or have no contact with you even if you call them they don't return your call at all.ReportRe: These people who manage t ...
