Nice personnel, nice facility, clean , neat and relaxing!.

Clean and comfortable room. Good restaurant on-site. No room service

Well, i see my original review 'disappeared'! Well I stayed here twice. Once in December for the night. Traveling home from work. Stayed again in January. Horrible experience from TJ. He changed the name on my reservation without asking or informing me. Yes, I was frustrated and chose not to converse with him. Since my name was removed and my coworkers name was added, I felt no need to actually carry on a conversation with him! What he did was sneaky! He was rude and condescending towards me. When I asked him why my luggage tags had my work partners name on them he told me because as far as he was concerned they are hers because the room was in her name. The room had been changed, without my knowledge, to her name so all the luggage was put in her name. So much more happened. I received an email a few weeks later from him stating he was in the process of having me banned from all IHG hotels, HIS hotel as well as any other hotels that his boss owns. He said My name has been red flagged at his hotels! I guess he didn't like the truth being put out there. (Which he can't do!) TJ needs better training and after looking at these reviews I can see I'm not the only one that's had the same or similar issues with him. I contacted IHG regarding this and they assured they would handle this & TJ could not have me banned from IHG! I also requested the number for the corporate office and was told I could not have it. So I called IHG and made my complaint. Other than this the hotel & my rooms, both times were very nice!

Basically it's not the hotel's fault but our stay was very noisy. There was a home football game. Maybe, next time, we'll ask for a room away from football revelers and people with kids. All in all, a clean hotel with good service.

Positive: Beautiful design of decor Negative: Pretty far from everything. No fast food for several miles, not tourist attractions close by.
