The Bond Team provides personality testing to help determine your unique personality type. Our consultants have experience as employees, business owners, and volunteers in leadership positions in not-for-profit organizations. We are certified as Human Behavior Consultants in the DISC Model of Human Behavior by Personality Insights, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia. We have applied the principles of Human Behavior to a variety of management and leadership endeavors and have seen how an understanding of personality types is critical to the success of individuals and organizations. We recommend a combination of DISC personality tests, workshops and consultation in determining personality types.
