Ever since 2010, Stark Construction Services has been serving Jefferson City, MO's construction needs. Our philosophy is to exceed the customer's expectations by viewing construction as a service; listen, understand, plan, build a team and implement the plan. We set ourselves apart from other builders with our leadership and determination. Stark provides construction services for residential, commercial and institutional clients, specializing in providing resources and management for the owner through planning, design control, contract management, and construction along with providing safety consulting and loss prevention. Our services focus on listening to the customer's needs and providing a service that best fits the client's expectations for completing their project. We manage the decision-making process, feasibility studies, design, permitting, bidding, contracting and construction. We strive to make the construction process as easy as possible for the owner. Some of our past projects include Capital West Christian Church, Custom Homes, Russellville and Eugene athletic fields, various Habitat Homes, JCMG Plastic Surgery remodel, Callaway Community Health Care remodel, Community Health Centers and the new JCMG Women's and Children's Center. James Stark, owner of Stark Construction Services, has been in the construction industry since 1986 and proven himself a civic leader in the Central Missouri area. He is currently the past president of the Central Missouri Home Builders Association and has been a past president of River City Habitat for Humanity and the Associated Builders and Contractors in Indiana. He has been awarded the Missouri State Volunteer of the Year award as well as the American Red Cross Heart of a Hero award.
