Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Tupelo North

Overall stay was nice. I came in for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and 2 of my grandsons birthday as well. I come pretty often because this was the 1st property I started working at years ago, so everyone there pretty much knows me. Let's just say Vangela, Brian, Lillie and the newest guy Allan were phenomenal and always is. They truly make a stay very welcoming and comfortable. Darren at the bar is always a great host. And while speaking to Mr. Tim he seems to be very welcoming over the phone. Although I'm not an employee with Holiday Inn it always feels like home when I come. There were some unpleasantries while checking in but it was handled very well by the upper Management. Thanks again Tupelo North You rock once again.

Could not ask for a better experience. Friendly staff and great rooms. Excellent breakfast. This is the standard by which all are measured and most will never acheive.

Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. As a woman traveling alone it is high priority to stay at a hotel that is safe, clean, and comfortable. Tupelo exceeded my expectations and needs. The staff conducts a high level of hospitality. It is a plus there is onsite dinning with very reasonable pricing for food. I highly recommend staying at the hotel.

The room and lobby were clean and nicely furnished. The facility is new. The staff was friendly. And helpful. Good location.

This is nice property, well maintained. Room was quiet. We enjoyed an affordable made to order breakfast in the restaurant. I like the atrium design.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but what made it special was the staff and the food. Way beyond what we expected. Just an overall excellent experience!!
