About Minnesota Students' Cooperative

Renter owned cooperative providing affordable housing for independent students of any age. With five houses adjacent to the U of MN Saint Paul Campus, most of us are enrolled students, yet we value the diversity of our members. We always need long term members who will play active roles managing this cooperative business.

Members are encouraged to carpool and share resources amongst themselves independent of the Coop. We seek to offer progressively better amenities at minimal prices in an economically and increasingly environmentally sustainability manner.
