Our coaches and members are here to help you along, no matter what your current fitness level. We pride ourselves on being an attitude-free, positive space where people can grow.
We switch things up every day so you'll never do the same workout twice. We begin class with a 10 minute dynamic warm up before demonstrating the workout. The actual workout lasts 45 minutes and you go at your own pace. Coaches are there to guide you and help ensure a fun and safe workout.
Our training philosophy is that the best athletes are built by working on strength, endurance, power, balance, stability, and core. By mixing weight training with cardio and plyometrics in high-intensity intervals, Switch workouts increase neuromuscular efficiency, develop stabilizing muscles, and improve your cardiorespiratory system. We want to make you stronger, faster, and leaner than ever.
We don't rely on tons of equipment, machines, barbells or olympic lifts to give you a great workout. Much of the work is done with your own bodyweight, but don't assume that means we go easy! We also use TRX trainers, BOSU trainers, dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, and stability balls. For cardio, we mix in treadmills, rowers, ellipticals, and stationary bikes. Our workouts are designed to torch calories and seriously elevate your overall fitness.
