Therapeutic Services offered in the Twin Cities area in a warm, comforting environment. Do you often feel sad or stressed? Are issues from your past negatively affecting your daily life? Do you know a child who has been through a traumatic event(s) and is having trouble functioning as a result? I am someone who looks for the good in others. As a therapist, I use a strengths-based approach to help people identify and build on their unique individual qualities and natural support systems to reach their full potential. I am non-judgmental and supportive in meeting people where they currently are in life and taking the journey with them as they explore where they would like to go. Because I believe all people are unique and different, I strive to be creative in making therapy a fun and safe environment for each individual. After meeting with me, you or your family member will be able to identify triggers to negative feelings/behaviors and will have developed positive coping skills in order to feel happy and enjoy a fulfilling life.
