Holiday Inn Express Roseville-St. Paul

I booked a king suite (king bed and sofa bed) and that is what we received. However, this room was much smaller than any HI Express I've ever had and the bathroom was tiny. I could barely get in the bathroom and close the door without moving into the corner. It was not a bad room or a terrible experience, I'm just used to a higher level when it comes to HI Express. The breakfast was not very good either. HI Express normally has fantastic cinnamon rolls, but these were rock hard.

Good holiday inn express as usual. Also it smells like fresh bread since there is a distribution next door.

Hotel has nice, updated rooms and bathrooms. Bed is really comfortable and soft with adequate blankets. Staff is always very friendly and makes sure your stay is going smoothly. I was greeted every time I walked into the building. The reason for one less star is because our heater didn't seem to work properly. While on auto it would either run constantly or never come on. Also, the drain plug in the bathtub seemed to randomly close and fill the tub with water while showering. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would stay again.

Right off the interstate, super simple to get downtown and only 10 minutes.
Quiet location with only distribution centers around, the air is filled with the smell of fresh bread.
Exactly what a Holiday Inn Express should be.

I came from out of state with my family. Absolutely enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel, as well as friendliness and professionalism of staff. When we checked out and we're half way back to Iowa, I realized I may have left my coat in the hotel room closet. Hotel staff went to check my room right away while placing me on a brief hold. After confirming that my coat was still there, they offered to ship it right to my house. My stay at this Holiday Inn was great and customer service was exceptional! Will stay there again.

This was a very nice hotel to stay in for our 5 day trip. It was clean and comfortable, the pillows and beds were very comfortable which I think is sometimes hard to find. The breakfast was really good, lots of choices hot and cold and great service by the staff.

Great service. Room was basic but clean. Very small for family of four. Bathroom was tiny.
