Guardian Property Management was Founded in 1999 under the name Poseidon Companies. Jennifer Olson acquired Guardian Property Management in 2004, at that time the company managed 127 units and 30 owners. Since then Guardian Property Management has successfully grown to 350+ units, and over 130 owners.

Guardian Property Management offers professional property management as well as handyman service. Our properties include single family homes, town homes, condos, and apartment buildings. Our clientele ranges from owners of a single property to owners of 50 unit apartment buildings.

Guardian Property Management offers complete and professional management through our systematic administration, cutting edge software, and well trained, professional staff.

Jennifer Olson began her career in property management in 1990, working for a large corporation. During her tenure there as Director of Leasing she oversaw 15 large properties and headed a team of 50+ leasing associates. In 2002 she became an employee of the Poseidon Companies. In 2004 Jennifer won the prestigious MADACS award for Leasing. Shortly thereafter she purchased Guardian Property Management focusing the company on growth and continued exceptional customer service.
