Ignition Fitness & Sports is a large 5,000 sq. foot facility offering athletic & fitness training to individuals of all ages and levels of ability. IFS offers sports performance, adult fitness memberships and private coaching.
-Mankato's first and only facility that offers 2,000 sq. feet of indoor turf, providing the opportunity for the most effective training methods around.
-Two full size weightrooms
-Kettlebells, TRX, Sandbags, Powerlifting
-Performance incline treadmills.
