The hotel staff were friendly and allowed me to check in early.

I've stayed here 30 times in the past. It's an older hotel, but fine. I walked in and there was paper on the floor, tape everywhere, and 15 construction folks painting - which is great, they're updating, but terrible because I wasn't notified they were doing it when I made the reservation. The only rooms available were in the back on the 2nd floor (fine, except everyone staying in the hotel was in the same area), the construction workers were in the halls until late in the evening (listening to a radio no less, loud enough to hear in my room clearly), no one was following the rules on distancing or masking. It was just a cluster.

Please review careful the hotel you are staying, sadly you can go from wow, awesome! To wow, really! Even though is the same club

I lived staying here. I came for a wedding reception. They overbooked poolside rooms but I was compensated emensly for the inconvenience. They were so nice. They waved my pet fee and gave us two rooms for one!

Warm pool. Renovated rooms. Restaurant on site. Great place!

The Manager Jason and the rest of the hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The food was very good, one of the best Chicken Caesar Salads I have had.

was staying here for a week for work related reasons and besides the cleanliness there wasn't much positive to say about this place. on my first night the outlet i plugged my phone charger into overloaded and melted my charging cord. there was no mini fridge or microwave so i had to eat out every day, the internet was horrible and barely worked on my phone and i couldn't connect anything else to it. i'm a night owl too so when staff came knocking and ringing the phone every night for housekeeping (which i was also told they weren't doing anymore) it woke me up which ruined my sleep each night. the pool area is also only open right up to when i get off work so i was unable to enjoy any of the amenities due to their lack of availability. overall it was a very poor stay and i would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Staff was the only bright spot. Everything else about the facilities, furnishings, etc is rundown and poor quality. The building is in desperate need of renovation. The carpet is awful, the lights are all dim. There was a strange zippered tarp blocking the hallway near my room and nobody made any mention of construction or other renovation occurring. The inner concourse rooms face the pool area, have no windows and a sliding glass door which is like something out of an 80s movie. I've been to tons of IHG locations and this was the worst by a huge margin. It was also grossly overpriced for the quality of the facilities. Do not recommend staying here.

The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable! I highly recommend the poolside rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The Green Mill restaurant that is attached to the hotel has terrific food! I very highly recommend this hotel!!
