I was trying to get a space from this company, filled out an application online and, when I put in my payment information, received an error message and need to call the facility. When I called, I was told how I was making all sorts of mistakes on their web site and needed to come in. I felt that this was bad customer service and am gladly taking my business to a competitor, who has a more user friendly website and customer service.Report

An indoor loading bay makes moving day easier along with a free truck on moving day, hand carts, dollies, and blankets.
The property is monitored all day with camera surveillance and the staff is available during business hours to help with any questions you may have.
