My basement leaked for years. I finally had some extra monies so I decided to get estimates. I usually have 3 estimates done.

When we purchased our house just over ten years ago our only concern was we noticed it had work done in the basement indicating flooding problems. We were told that Everdry had done work on it and all we need do was pay the warranty each year.

When we purchased our house, there was standing water in the basement. We knew we would need to have the basement waterproofed. I had previously used Everdry on my last house and never had a problem, so we contacted Everdry to waterproof our basement.

I had a multi-step system installed in early 2014. The employees were professional, friendly, and did a nice job. It took them less than 3 days to complete the work. Prior to having the system installed, water would seep into the basement during heavy rains.

I had my basement waterproofed about 10 years ago. The only issue i had was rod hope leak shortly after installment.

We had Everdry waterproof our basement in 1993 and since then have had no problems. We purchase the annual warranty every year and when the sump pump fails, they come quickly to replace it. Twice a year, they inspect the drain pipes and clear them of anything. The techs are always on time, courteous, and quick. If all the companies with whom we have dealt over the years were this professional, this easy, this reliable, life would have been much simpler and less costly. I give them my highest recommendation.
