About Core Control Pilates LLC

We are located in Rochester Hills Michigan (between M-59 and Hamiln Rd. on Crooks Rd.). Core Control Pilates offers group sessions in Reformer and Mat. We also offer Private and Semi-Private sessions. Our sessions are safe, fun and challenging. We are a fully equipped Pilates studio. All teachers are fully certified from accredited teacher training programs and take continuing Education classes to keep their skills up to date.

Pilates is not your typical exercise class. It is an effective workout that helps build muscle and improve flexibility. Pilates focuses on flexibility and strength training. Pilates is ideal for people with knee, back, ankle and asthma problems, and those who find traditional exercise programs too difficult. Pilates exercises emphasize form and quality rather than quantity or repetition.
