"AVOID AT ALL COST: Offensive and Threatening Car Service I had the unfortunate experience of using A-List Limousine on New Year's Eve. We reserved a car service for seven hours for a small group of couples -- all of us well-educated, highly respectful professionals. At the seven-hour mark the driver was in the midst of returning us home when we were informed that unless we paid $120 in cash at that very moment, we would, and I quote "be let out of the car, along the side of the highway, or taken to the police station" -- at 2:30am in the morning. Are you kidding me?! We had no issue in paying for the driver's additional time, but to be so offensive and threatening, without any basis, was incredibly unprofessional. A-List is an "F" in customer service."
