Great work and great service. Was prompt on responses. Only downfall was it took longer for the dumpster to be pulled than they initially told us.
Did a fantastic job overall.

We had a great experience with Mr. Roof. They completed our roof quickly and efficiently. The project manager stayed an hour after the crew left and went over the work. He made sure our yard was free of debris. We definitely recommend Mr. Roof.

We had our garage roof replaced. Customer service was great. We had some nails left on the ground in our driveway after the install and they came out and used a magnet to pick them up for us. Will use them again when we have to replace the roof on our house.

Our roof started showing signs of leaking so we got several quotes. We went with this company because they seemed to have a good warranty plan, but we are finding now that we are getting the run around. All seemed to go well, until you take the time to look at details. I was in my rafters because I thought stink bugs were getting in somehow and noticed that the rotten boards were not totally replaced as requested on the contract. I even requested/paid for extra OSB because I knew it would take more than the 2 boards included in the contract to replace the rotten boards. The pic with the arrow, shows where the rotten board was cut, left there, and not even nailed into the truss...it is now just floating. I called to have the work re-inspected and made the appointment a week out. They called the morning of the appointment to cancel due to "unforseen circumstances" and wanted to reschedule another week out. I had alredy rearranged my schedule to take time off work. Honestly, you can't take 30 minutes to drop by and see what I already emailed pictures of??? This is poor quality and the foreman on site was either not paying attention or blatantly did this. Either way, would you take the chance? I will update if things are actually made right.... In response to your post about rescheduling earlier, if somthing opened up since yesterday when I was told on the phone there were no openings until a week later at the same time as the original canceled appointmtnet, then yes call me back and schedule it earlier....

Updated Review - October 13,2021-
I have paid in full $9197.44 in cash for a brand new roof and now Mr. Roof is refusing to give me a written warranty .

They have been rude, unprofessional and unresponsive. They failed to get a building permit for my new roof prior to starting the complete tear off and new installation of my roof.

I encourage any potential customer to proceed with caution when considering hiring Mr. Roof.
If you do hire them or have hired them in the past, please contact your local building code department to verify that they pulled a building permit for your roof and have installed the roof according to current Michigan Building code standards. Do not take Mr. Roof's word, get your own written verification that they have pulled a permit and get verification that the roof installation passed building inspection.
I have learned as a Mr. Roof customer that they are not transparent and will cut corners instead of following proper policy and procedure.

Mr. Roof installed my roof on July 28,2021, didn't pull the permit until August 2021 after I demanded it be pulled once I found out they lied to me about pulling the building code permit for my roof. They did not complete the building code violations for my roof until September 28 2021. They failed to complete all of the original work I contracted them to do and despite me paying them in full for the roof installation they have failed to give me a written roof warranty. As it stands as of October 13,2021 at 4:56 am,
I have paid $9197.44 in cash for a brand new roof and do not have a warranty . I've contacted upper level management / the corporate office of Mr. Roof for over two months and they still have failed to ever respond to my concerns. I've paid out a lot of money (cash ) for this roof installation and have not be given a written warranty by Mr. Roof.

Please proceed with extreme caution when dealing with Mr. Roof .

Mr. Roof has completely taken advantage of me on all levels . They took my money and won't even give me a written warranty for my roof. No homeowner deserves to be taken advantage of in the manner in which Mr. Roof has taken advantage of me . All homeowners please proceed with caution when dealing with
Mr. Roof .

Please BE ADVISED:Mr Roof will use company name Able Roof, so please be cautious when dealing with these companies. Review my documentation which is attached . Contract, payments and final building code inspection documentation. Please note roof was installed on 7/28/2021, roof permit was not pulled until 8/4/2021 which was after roof was installed, roof didn't pass building code inspection until 9/28/2021. Building Code regulations for Kentwood Michigan require building code permit be pulled before complete tear off of roof begins. Mr. Roof / Able Roof failed to adhere to Michigan Building Code Regulations with my roof installation.
Please proceed with caution when considering doing business with Mr. Roof.

Repeat customer, the gutters took a couple tries but they were willing to work with us to make everything satisfactory.

Took two screens to fix , it's been almost a year and half.still don't have them.still waiting for them to inspect the rest of the house
As of today still waiting for my two screens.
