We've had a couple nightmares with companies over the last 10 years and I was prepared to be lied to and get the run around when contacting you about the mixup. I was so pleasantly surprised that this was not the case at all! The way you handled it speaks volumes about your company and the way you run your business. On another note, besides my Simmons memory foam I have also owned a sealy that cost me 1300, I had the best nights sleep on my new bed much more comfortable than my others. Sincerely, Scott D
