About Tasha Yoga
Since 1999, Tasha Judson has offered yoga classes in the Berkshires, Massachusetts. She became a Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher in 2007, and in 2009 opened a studio dedicated to Anusara in Williamstown, MA. Her students are invited, through their practice on and off the mat, to enter into a revelatory relationship with life. Among her influential teachers are the Dalai Lama, John Friend, and Paul Muller-Ortega. All of them inspire her teaching through their love and practical grounding in the ecstatic reality of being.
