if i could rate 0 stars i would . first room i checked into had roaches coming out from under the tv , i then go to the front desk & asked to switch rooms i leave the stuff on the cart in the corner & check the room for anything we sat to watch tv for a while then we see roaches . the manager happened to be there i spoke to her , her words were " mmm interesting two rooms 4 roaches , same people " in other words we brought roaches. i stepped outside & over heard people complaining about the roaches. point is i wouldn't recommend this hotel i've stayed at 100 hotels but not one like this disgusting .ReportRe: if i could rate 0 stars i ... Good sleep and beds were good BUT...Report
-bathroom was a bit to be desired, ripped curtain and floor was a little dirty, needed to be swept better
-overall hotel is dated
-no breakfast was served, not even some kind of bagged meal prepared for COVID safety measures like other IHG hotels offer and one of the main reasons we book Holiday Inn
-no coffee/tea served other than in the morning. We like to get a cup of tea before bed, and after we returned back for dinner the night of our stay, we asked for some coffee and the front desk individual responded in a manner that we were bothering her
This was a business trip that warranted a 12 night stay at this hotel but after 2 nights, most of us in the group checked out to go to a better hotel.Report
This holiday Inn does not resemble a holiday Inn I'm used to. Walking in, I felt like I was walking into a neglected motel. Then walking up to my room on the 2nd floor, there was the smell of smoke everywhere. In the room, there were hair in between the sheets, no hot water or lack there of and Maybe they are saying water but the shower had no pressure whatsoever. It also seems like no one vacuum the place, the carpet was filthy.
IHG needs to do a better job managing their brand and they really need to start with this hotel.

There notes from one of the front desk agents stating a tv was missing after you had checked out, in addition to inappropriate behavior with a front desk agent.
