The staff make this a great place.

Comfortable bed and great breakfast service. Staff were friendly and able to accommodate a large group reservation on short notice. Enjoyed the area and hotel, thank you.

Room needed repairs, towels were stained and still brown. My wife and daughter had to move seats multiple times due to ants. When we got back to our room she still had ants crawling on her. Staff was not very helpful with anything.

Wonderful stay in Hyannis with an excellent staff and great breakfast! The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

We were stopping by for one night for a hockey game. The staff was so friendly and engaging with my kids. They had a wonderful time.

My husband surprised me with a little getaway to Hyannis. We had such a wonderful time!! And the front desk was very cordial and kind. I called at the last minute for room service and they made sure my husband and I received breakfast!! Lol I was sooo thankful!! I look forward to our future stays at this hotel.

Very nice hotel friendly people would stay again food was good went there for the pool and jacuzzi so the kids could have fun for the weekend use my free night from Rewards
