My taxi driver requested me to pay at least a 20%-30% tip tonight. I have not experienced anything like this before. This is the first time I have used taxi service in years- Uber and Lift are much more convenient and cheaper. Needless to say, I will no longer be riding in a taxi again.

Have taken this cab several times in the early hours of the morning to be taken to the airport. Phone staff has always been available, even to make very late-night time changes. The taxi has always been at the scheduled spot, waiting ahead of time. I have found them to be reliable & timely, which is what matters if you are trying to catch a flight. I do recommend.

Very professional drivers that go out of the way to help.

We were visiting Boston from England, we ordered a taxi to go to the aquarium, he showed up late , No meter , no ID, there were no marks on the car ,the driver was rude ,. We don't recommend this number at all, we think it is illegal operation; we refused to take it, so be careful. after I read another reviews sound right ,RIP OFF! Do not use these guys. They have several websites and several numbers that all ring into the same dispatcher. They will quote you one price for the trip, then raise the price $50+ when the cab picks up the party. When you call the dispatcher back, they won't answer the call. The guy who posted below is right, there really is no Somerville Taxi. This is a total scam.
