At The StudioDCFA, we invite Boston's dance and fitness enthusiasts to experience the many benefits of this dynamic art form through our wide variety of programs, including drop-in classes and workshops in Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Tap, Zumba, Belly Dance, Hip-Hop, African Fusion, Dance Stretch, Ballet Blast (our version of Ballet Bootcamp), Core+Cardio, and Yoga. We cater exclusively to adults 18+, so our guests do not share the space with children or teens.
