Where do I begin?Report
The trip to Boston was a 2 day excursion or delayed 21th wedding anniversary to enjoy the food of Boston. Upon checking into the Boston Marriott Copley Place we came upon David our rep who turned out to be EXTREMELY helpful. He accommodated my wife and I with a beautiful room overlooking the city on one side and seeing the Charles River on the other.
The concierge team at the Boston Marriott Copley Place are second to NONE!!! Ashley has to be by far the BEST and MOST connected concierge I've ever had the privilege of dealing with. The recommendations that were made resulted in a spot on expierence.
Tresca on the north end was not available for reservations. Ashley made a call and my wife and I had reservations for 5pm that evening. That hands down made me want to be a repeat consumer to this AMAZING HOTEL!!!
Corporate TAKE NOTICE and use the TEAM at Boston Marriott Copley Place as the metric of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

For a Marriott downtown Boston I expected higher end quality.Report
First off $52.00 to park in your garage as a paying guest in your hotel per night is ridiculous.
The checkin area very nice friendly staff. The room however small , outdated, bed linen old looking , mattress to firm , pillows to mushy room was very clean …..
The hotel could use better amenities and higher end soaps shampoo ect.
Would have been nice to have a bar open or food close by.
There little goody bag received arriving cheap- two cans of bubly 2 stale cookies and crushed bag of trail mix. Marriott could do much better on this and offer higher quality !
For the price you pay and park. Not worth it!
Need to feel like I'm getting my money worth visiting and didn't experience any of this here.
Rooms are a bit out-dated and showers have very low water pressure. Clean rooms and friendly staff though. Great locationReport

I am a regular Marriott member and have stayed at the Copley Place Marriott before. This time we were celebrating our daughter's special day. Lyndsey and the front office staff were wonderful. Upgraded our rooms, left a special note for my daughter and took care of everything. They did this even though they had a full hotel, lots of events. The bell service and the valet service were also great. All in all, exceptional service. Not to mention the location which is convenient to everything in BostonReport
too much funReport
