At Pilot Imaging, we help photographers meet the challenges of today's market by providing services that are convenient, affordable, and easy to use.

We provide state-of-the-art digital tools with a commitment to friendly customer service and expert technical support. At the center of this mission is founder Jeff Pilot, a photo lab pro with more than two decades of experience in the industry. After successfully running his own chain of lab franchises and eventually going into business for himself in 1995, Jeff founded Pilot Imaging. He now works alongside his wife Dorrie, a photographer with experience ranging from social and event photography to album design and lab operations. Together, they function as a "one-stop shop" for all things photographic, with expertise covering every aspect of the professional photographic spectrum.
