Just Maid 4 You

We have been using this company the last couple of years. And they just stop taking calls/appts. Our house is very well kept and we tipped well. And they just disappeared. Very unprofessional.

I’ve used Just Maid 4 You for years and it saddens me to say that the quality of service has really gone down. I recently booked on Oct 29th 2022 to have my home cleaned on Nov 18th right before Thanksgiving. Two days prior to my service date I received an cancelled booking email. I went on their website and saw my day reopened as available so I selected the date and time again to rebook. An hours later they cancelled it again with no explanation. I called and was told they must have over booked and had nothing available. The thing that makes this even worse is that they cancelled the day before Thanksgiving the year before also saying one of the maids had something come up and wouldn’t be able to do the job. No replacement was offered. Their customer service and quality of work was unmatched years ago and I would have never given another thought about using another company before until now. I believe the name of the guy in charge is Ceaser. He really needs to take a step back and revisit what they were doing before as opposed to now because it’s extremely unprofessional at this point.

First time using the services I was impressed and happy with the way they cleaned my home. They were very professional and nice. Ready to book again.

Good standard cleaning . Prices are decent . Could be a bit better on dusting overall furniture . But an ok job . Better communication needs to be in place if they need to cancel . Waiting the day of cleaning just to get a call at 5 pm . Believe me by then I knew they were not coming . Got scheduled for Saturday which they also did not show . People sure do have a lot of car problems here I’m hoping they get better with time . We shall see . But until then I used bhs cleaning and they did a great cleaning but there prices are higher . So we will see what happens from here . I hope they show up next month . Good luck to me .

When I called regarding a deep clean once I move out of my home , they took all the information and assured me that someone would be calling me back. I never heard back from them.

We just bought a house and wanted to get a deep clean before moving in. Just Maid 4 You did a fantastic job! They really took their time making sure everything was thoroughly cleaned. The oven and fridge practically look brand new! Highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back when we need another cleaning!

Just Maid for you is always on time, polite, and does a fantastic job. I am so happy I have subscribed to their services. My house is always gleaming when they are done. They spare no detail, getting to ever corner and even making up our doggy bed. I highly recommend this team.

I wanted to take a few minutes to say thank you to the Assistant Manager as she step in and provided extreme timely follow up in regards to my needs. I appreciate the quick follow up as well as the service offered! Thank you Gabriela! I highly recommend this service!
