Born and raised near Annapolis, Maryland I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. In 2009, I obtained my massage therapy certification at the Center for Massage and Natural Health in Weaverville, NC.
As sole proprietor and massage therapist of Yin Tree Massage, I specialize in Neuromuscular/Deep Tissue bodywork as well as Swedish, Pregnancy, and Reiki. I have witnessed massage therapy to be a highly effective and beneficial healing modality.
Sessions are customized to meet your needs whether it is a deep, structural, pain and tension relieving massage or you simply want to relax and let go. Through therapeutic massage I am able to relieve pain associated with ailments including but not limited to lower back pain, tendinitis, bursitis, sciatica, nerve impingement, plantar fascitis, sports injuries, and typical day to day tension.
