I called their Customer service and the conversation was so easy so I scheduled the move within 5 minutes! The movers were there about 15 minutes before the planned time for my move to go over the contract and anything else I had questions with. All of my boxes were packed, and they wrapped all of my larger furniture and handled everything carefully and efficiently. My entire move from one apartment to another took no more than 3 hours and the final cost was much less than anticipated. Not to mention the movers were some cool fellas as well. I definitely would recommend using Baltimore Best Movers and I'll use them again in the future!
