Bruce's Auto Sales on Jefferson Street has been selling cars in Lafayette since 1964, but recently Scooter Bruce has added Gem Cars to our line up. GEM battery-electric vehicles are classified as low-speed vehicles, or neighborhood electric vehicles, and are street legal in nearly all 50 states. GEM cars have a range of up to 30 miles on a charge and are great for traveling around city centers, gated communities, resorts, sports stadiums, job sites, or neighborhoods. So come by and see the electric choice for greener driving.

In 2008 we started dealing in retro-designed scooters that hark back to the '60s era of the European scooter. Several different models range from a 150cc to a 500cc Stroke Engine, with prices starting at $1,500. Scooter Bruce now rents scooters, Gem Cars, and automobiles in Downtown Lafayette, LA.
