Holiday Inn New Orleans West Bank Tower

Very Very Expense to not even provide continual breakfast for people paying with their hard earn money. Now is not the time to be UnAmerican, I traveled there for a vacation it turned out to be an expensive trip that I do regret highly.

I realize many things have changed since Covid, and I am told it is for my protection and my safety. But what once used to be a great little hotel restaurant with a tremendous atmosphere and some of the best food around is no longer.
I always enjoyed sitting at the bar and getting red beans and rice. Great conversation great atmosphere and I did not have to drive anywhere after arrival. All I had to do was relax enjoy some great food, conversation, and unwind from my trip then prepare for the next day. The breakfast is still good, but the overall vibe is very limited menu otherwise and very impersonal and cold, but I will be back

The guest agent was very kind and friendly she made me smile . The room was so comfortable, I slept so good I didn't want to get out the bed!!!

Room was clean and staff was courteous and friendly. I just wish the hotel could provide transportation to and from the cruise port.

The front desk clerk was nasty as I tried to explain I changed my reservation and did not just request a certain room. Even the sales rep did not stand behind what she said she did a month before we checked in. The hotel needs a complete overhaul structurally and staffing.

Staff are friendly and helpful made me feel comfortable and welcome.
