Ich war noch nie in einem Hotel mit einem schlechteren Management.
Kreditkarte wird zuhoch belastet eine Rückbuchung erfolgt nicht. Reklamationen werden nicht oder nur sehr zeitversetzt beantwortet. Alles in allem sehr schlecht.

It has been 2 years since I stayed at this location and my has it gone down. Entering the lobby was extremely hot. The night clerk seemed exhausted wearing her causal attire and no uniform. The air conditioner didn't get that cold. The pillows were terrible and there was hair on the bottom of the comforter. The clerk for morning shift seemed exhausted too. She wore a sweat shirt for a uniform representing your chain.
