PART I---Beware of this company they are crooks!!!!! On December 31st 2012 me, my mother & my two year old granddaughter left Ohio and we were home to Tennessee we stopped in Carrollton Kentucky to get gas after getting the gas the car wouldn’t start I tried several times to start the car and it would cut on & cut right back off. We called for roadside assistance and they sent a person to jump the car but not a tow truck and the car would not start as I was waiting inside the gas station with the baby the clerk told me that her cousin owned a tow truck company & auto repair company she called her cousin & explained our situation & she said that he would send a tow truck & fix the car the next day. She also told us that they would get us a discount at the hotel across the street, the clerk said the repair shop would open at 9:00 am on New Years Day. The tow truck driver towed the car and dropped us off at the hotel got us checked in. The next morning my mother called the auto repair company around 10:15 they said that they were just pulling the car in to see what caused the car not to start and they would call us back by 12:00 we hadn’t heard anything so my Mom called again & again they said they were just pulling the car in for the mechanic to check it out, we then called back at 2:00 and they said they were unsure as to what was wrong with the car they said it could possibly be the fuel pump, a fuse or wiring problems & they didn’t seem too sure as to when they would know what was causing the problem, I then told the mechanic that I was going to have a friend call & maybe he could explain to him what was going on. My friend called and spoke with someone who said it was the fuel pump & he said he would try to find a fuel pump & he would call us back in about an hour. I called Auto Zone and they had the part for $189 After waiting about an hour and a half I called back and spoke with a man who said that they would get the part in the next day around 3:30 and
