NOT RELIABLE ???? I have been waiting for this company to unlock my doors this morning for damn near over an hour and for the dispatch person to come back on the phone and say he has to cancel your request because he dropped his phone. Last time I checked the trucks had GPS. And he was near the house. And my car was running the whole time ????.

270-392-5082 This number will lie say he can’t find u at a SIX STORY parking garage that’s right across the street from where he text you and says he is!! And the. Says the street that business is on is bumper to bumper on a sat at 11 and not repspond to 3 phone calls Nor GEICO calling!! Took 3 hrs n then just stopped responding and said he had “other calls” not sure why mine was pushed to the side but you could have at least been an adult and texted back or answered one of 3 calls and said that! Took BRS B’s 5 minutes for find the huge parking garage with the same exact information/directions sent from geico on the app with NO PHONE CALL ALL STRAIGHT FROM THE APP the same the other company had! Fine if you couldn’t find a 6 story parking garage in a area you are well known right down the street from your co but you could have answered and responded that your an idiot and couldn’t and just send someone else and not lie and not try about some bs traffic that wasn’t there we have traffic apps!

NO STAR AT ALL ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE I’m not sure of the guys name nor does it matter but my daughter was stranded for more than 3 hours and the ETA was like 45 min and the guy kept saying there was bumper to bumper traffic on a street that she could clearly see from the parking garage and kept giving her tons excuses why he isn’t there yet…. It’s absolutely rediculous and total bull crap especially when she is dealing with a death in the family to try and get back home

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Told me it would be 40 min, an hour and 40 minutes later I'm still waiting. I'm glad it's not cold outside. Non of their employees should ever deliver pizza.
