Our room was cold , the heat didn't work and the phone. Also the TV had dark lighting.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Easy to check in and out. We had an emergency and had to extend our stay. The staff was very flexible and helped us to in find food and beverage at the restaurant. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
