Saint Paul School of Theology is a seminary of the United Methodist Church with campuses in the Kansas City and Oklahoma City metro areas. Saint Paul provides a solid biblical framework and theological foundation for ministry. Groundbreaking collaborations with Church of the Resurrection, the largest United Methodist church in the Midwest, and Oklahoma City University, an award-winning, undergraduate university, contribute to the seminary's dynamic model that blends theory and practice. Saint Paul students can choose from several degree options including master's, doctoral, and certificate programs. In addition to the accredited degree courses, Saint Paul students are also introduced to short, workshop-style courses focused on experiential learning in a particular area of ministry. (i.e. budgeting, church leadership, funeral planning, technology). Off-campus spiritual formation retreats allow faculty, staff, and students to grow in their faith and in awareness of social issues. Ninety-seven percent of our students serve in diverse ministry settings while in seminary. Working in community with faculty, spiritual leaders, and colleagues our students find the support they need to thrive in these new settings.
