Karmen, I am so sorry this occurred on your most recent visit. I see you have stayed here before, so I am sure you know this is a exception and not typical of our hotel rooms. We have the Maintenance team looking into this and will rectify any issues that we find. I do hope you give us a chance to make this up on a future visit.

Other than a place out of the weather to lay your head and staff was very friendly and nice. This place is out dated and over priced for hotels in the area. I travel a lot and won't be staying here again unfortunately. Was a great location for what I had/needed to do.

Beds and room are comfortable but decor is outdated.

Your desk chair and pillows were the most comfortable pieces of furniture ever. The people at the desk were friendly and personable. The work out room was adequate. I wish the pool was bigger.

very satisfied with the great service of the hotel myself my husband and my kids loved it and also the breakfast was great and the pool was great as well

The hotel is located across the street from the 5 Flag Center. And waking distance to many local business - Taverns, restaurants, boutiques and the casino.

Super friendly staff!

Positive: The staff was great. Very friendly and willing to get whatever we needed. Negative: The pool and hot tub is very small. Wouldnt have been the best place if I were traveling with my kids.
