JP-Tel is a local Indianapolis business that operates under the wing of its parent company JacobsParts Inc. We believe in doing our part to help strengthen the local Indianapolis economy by supplying quality services at a cost effective price thus enabling small businesses (and startups) to grow and develop.
JP-Tel was established as a result of JacobsParts Inc. needing a PBX system. As a cost saving tactic, we decided to design our own system using technology that is extremely powerful, flexible, and cost-effective. Through this process we found that we could offer PBX solutions at a fraction of the price. Resulting in the birth of JP-Tel.

We use the latest VoIP technology to bring you a rock solid future proof system backed by old-fashioned personal service and support.
JP-Tel offers a range of tailored options to fit your business needs. Basic features include call forwarding, voice mail, and a custom menu system. As a full service firm we will provide phones, hardware, installation, training, and maintenance. We have a variety of desktop, wall-mount, and portable phones available for use with the system. In many cases we can also integrate existing phones into the system.
