Fort Wayne Vision Associates

Dr. Khan is an independent eye doctor who started Fort Wayne Vision Associates in 2004 to provide optometric services in an exclusive agreement with the national chain, Dr. Barnes EyeMart Express. He was born and raised in Chicago and went to college at Loyola University of Chicago and went to Optometry school at the Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Khan is active in the community and was honored in 2014 by Business Weekly as a 40 under 40 award winner and appeared on 5 segments of Wane TV’s “Voices of the Future”. In 2015 Dr. Khan was honored to have been selected and graduate from the FBI’s Citizen Academy. He also served on the Steering committee with other community leaders for the Regional Cities Initiative. Along with his eye practice, Dr. Khan and his wife own Kiddie Academy an educational child care center which they opened in late 2013. Dr. Khan is married with 3 children and loves to travel, play basketball, run, and hang out with family and friends.
