We moved from Glen Ellyn into a Wheaton rental in Sept 2020. The initial rate was good and competitive. The facility is clean and it's relatively easy to get in and out of our 4th floor unit. We need climate control, so outside units or no temp control is not possible with our storage... I can't complain about service or facility. HOWEVER, as of October 2021, they jumped the rent from the initial $110 to $176. It's a bit more than a $60 increase. That's a SIXTY PERCENT JUMP in ONE YEAR. I get that storage places increase rent. I get there was a pandemic. They have that many requests they need to clear renters? It's flat out unacceptable and ridiculous to jump SIXTY PERCENT IN ONE YEAR.Report

The space is clean and great location. However, in just about 1.5yrs our rent has almost doubled. We have received 2 rent increases. The first one was only $10. The second one was $30! For reference we signed at a rate of $54.Report

I highly recommend this location. The manager Mel has been wonderful to work with. He's always been very helpful and professional.The facility is clean and safe.
