Dealing w/ Tom on most all of these purchases has been very easy I have used Exploring Flooring for my home and my church. Everything looks so good and exactly how I wanted it! I love all the updates to my home. Exploring Flooring tiled my bathroom, floor, shower, backsplash in my kitchen and my entire first floor installed my hardwood flooring. Everything looks so good and exactly how I wanted it. All the different staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

The sales guys are great. Their crews are the LAZIEST most corner cutting resources we have ever had the misfortune of working with.

We have had people out three times to right their wrongs, and we are STILL finding things.

The pictures attached as an example is under our oven. Obviously the oven was moved to sand the existing wood, but the crew could not be bothered to move it to stain it, or even make a presentable line. One better in the last picture, rather than setting the closet brackets in the floor like they belong, they just put them above the floor. So not only do they now look like this as the “finished product” but we had to adjust and rehang all of our closet doors to accommodate this.

Additionally the expensive vent covers we purchased are defective, and we have to to repaint all of our trim because of the stain that was carelessly put all over them.

So unless you want to basically redo it and touch up your floor all yourself, endlessly find corners that were cut, repaint and repair all of your trim after the fact, deal with floating unfinished closet blocks and pay to have your vents cleaned out because the crew couldn’t bother to cut anything in a container space, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I was so excited to use a local business and have floors that we would love for decades. Instead I am just constantly frustrated as I find new “gifts”
