Not very clean, specifically talking about the furniture. They upgraded me to a handicap suite, which means i had to mop the bathroom floor after showering. Worst part was the Starbucks served me Holiday Inn coffee. I am at least grateful for the employees who bothered to show up for work there.

Our first room had someone's shower items in the bathroom and the beds were not made. We were transferred to a different room. That bathroom was not clean, there was glitter all over the couch and the ceiling was dripping water. The woman at the front desk was new and also rude. The next morning we were greeted by a wonderful lady at the front desk, unfortunately, we did not have her the night before to assist us during a very uncomfortable and gross stay.

very unhappy with the stay i stay in hotel all over the world and i know when i have a bad experience i am not the guy that do a lot of completing but when something is not right i tell who need to know

Beds are great, bathrooms could use a face-lift in 1109. Refrigerator needs defrosted wasn't working.
