Midwest Express Clinic - River Forest, IL

Always a pleasant experience at 3 of the locations I've visited and staff is always professional knowledgeable and kind

First time at Midwest Express. They were very welcoming and professional and gave great customer service. The office was very clean. Dr. Jenn was informative, professional and had a very nice bedside manner. I would recommend this office immediate care services.

This place is a constantly disappointing shthole. I go here only because it is walking distance but I regret it every time. Doctors are incompetent and let me go home with an infection that nearly compromised my brain. Came in to get a covid test and was made to wait outside in the cold for a cruelly long time. They could have offered a spare wait room or something. I get that they are tired and burnt out but it doesn't do good to be delusional about the poor quality of healthcare that is offered here. I'm also tired and burnt out and I'm not going to filter the reality of the situation

I went there after experiencing horrible stomach pain, probably because of an ulcer. They did nothing to help me, nor to find out what I have. I went there twice. Both times they screwed up the tests I had to take. 10 days later I still don't know anything about what I have, nor did they start any treatment! 10 days! I'm in pain and called them what I'm supposed to do now and they refused to let me talk to a doctor! They are not only incompetent, but heartless too.

This place is amazing. I walked in around 5pm on a Wednesday for a Covid test. I was in an out in less than 35 minutes wuth test results in hand. Very clean and efficient. Will return if necessary!

I went in with my little sister , they were fast , so sweet and kind , patient , efficient, everything was clean , we even saw the doctor as well , they ran some test. I was pretty happy when leaving
