My passion is working with those who once had normal lives, like me, but who now suffer from debilitating anxiety or addiction. Many people, including myself, suffered in silence, not knowing where to turn. We endured because we had no choice. The sense, that we could come apart at any minute, was our secret, and our ongoing nightmare. How could we ask for help when we ourselves could not explain our anguish. Had our sanity left us?
