Holiday Inn Express Chicago South Lansing

Room was clean and comfortable. I spent three days here on vacation with my 11 month old daughter and was pleasantly surprised with how quiet and clean the property was even under construction and renovation. Special shout out to one of the managers (Fran) who came thru in the clutch. Traveling with an infant can be really stressful but upon checkout Fran helped me load my luggage and brought it down to the car and loaded it up for me while I strapped my daughter into the car. Greatly appreciate the awesome customer service and would highly recommend as a place for families, single adults etc.

DISAPPOINTING dollars for 5 days and having to go downstairs to front desk to ask for trash bags and towels, breakfast served in a brown paper bag . No fresh coffee

Over the phone they told me I could have a room that at my arrival wasn't available

Positive: The location Negative: Needs to be renovated

Convenient, Clean and wonderful staff.
Greeted with smile and gratitude for choosing Holiday Inn.

I was able to rest comfortable. They took great measures to prevent spread of germs. However it was doing some remolding and because of COVID breakfast was sack lunches. The desk attendant did express condolences for our loss.
