The guy on the front desk was super helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay better. The rooms are just not very clean. The 2nd room was much better, but the first room was disgusting. The bed sheets had stains. There was just dirt and filth everywhere. Considering the current health situation, really disappointing to see this poor level of cleanliness.Report

1st off the night shift guy was not very helpful he was rude but he was rude did not like that at all did not have towels in my room to take a shower I got charged wrong and did not receive my points was supposed to get 5000 pointsReport
