MSN , Gabby was phenomenal ! She is kind , attentive , and cares about her patients. Added bonus was her ability to connect with Spanish speakers. The other memebers of the staff were all very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend her and this clinic for your care.

This place was kind of a nightmare. There's no social distancing, I'm pretty sure it's a scam because they ask for your social and a credit card, plus the wait times they give you are insanely off. I understand not being able to give an exact timeframe, but they don't take appointments, and then they tell you it'll be 45 minutes, but when you check with them after an hour, they tell you it will be at least another hour. I think they just want to collect as much info/money as possible. I feel like if I didn't come in with covid, I probably left with it.

Zero stars for such experience! Very poor customer service here . They only have one Front Desk Person and she is very busy with everything. They are unable to verify my insurance info without my help . I spent 2.25 hours calling my Insurance ( CS Dept. ) and their Billing Dept . I am from TX and all I needed was an antigen Covid test and I got very frustrated wasting my vacation time here. I finally got a hold of their billing dept . and they told me that the Clinic is not giving me a service without faxed letter stating that I will be covered because they had a problem with my insurance in the past and that I am out of state . It must be a better way to take care of patients in the URGENT CARE!! I was a patient with the medical emergency. Total time : 2.5 hrs just for the rapid Covid test ! The fridge was empty and didn't have any water . There was a coffee machine but there was no coffee.

Edit 2: been a few months now and again no follow up or correction for this lapse in billing service. Do NOT trust this clinic to get your address correct and then when they don't they send you to collections when they tell you over the phone they won't send you to collections. Extremely frightening how little care they showed for this huge lapse and threatening my credit because they got the address incorrect therefore delaying the bill coming to my home.

Edit: called the phone number and was told
I would get a follow up call to find out what happened and how Midwest express clinic would help. No follow up call was made yet and it's been over a week since that call. Do not trust a company that can't follow up on their mistakes.

Be very cautious here! Midwest express clinic got my address wrong and sent the bill to the wrong address and now I am in collections for a bill that I never got. And was told over the phone they would ensure it wouldn't go to collections before I got my bill in the mail. When I tried to pay the principle when I discovered this, Midwest refused to help saying I would have to deal with collections.
Go elsewhere for your urgent care needs.

Midwest Express Clinic was by far the worst medical establishment I have ever went to in my life. I came in with extreme pain from a fall I took. At first they told me my insurance does not accept urgent care visits… which I have now come to learn it does. It caused me a lot of distress in the moment because I was in pain and wanted to get in to see the doctor but Blue Cross does not have customer service representatives working on the weekends. After I had established on my own my insurance would cover this visit despite what they told me I met the Dr who suggested X rays to see if anything was broken. I go in to take the X-rays and the machine is not working. They tell me they are restarting the machine and it will take 15 mins and lead me back to the examine room to wait. Thirty minutes go by with no one updating me and I finally go find a nurse to see what is going on. They let me know they are still "restarting the machine". A few minutes later the doctor comes in and says "sorry about the x-ray machine it's broken but can you come back Tuesday?". What type of urgent care does not have an X ray machine? Also it's insane to suggest I walk around with a broken bone for 3 days while they fix their machine. The cherry on top of this horrible experience is the doctor sends over prescriptions for pain meds but when I get to the pharmacy they inform me no one signed the prescription so they need to send them back so they can be signed. A truly awful experience at a time when I was in a lot of suffering and really down. Do not recommend.
