"hopefully they know what they're doinig but on every call to these people, they've been nothing less than beligerent, patronizing, and condescending. they have a nasty attitude and when i requested a call for when they were on their way they kindly informed me that they are not a "mobile secretary" and "expect customers to keep their appointment times""
