I stayed at this hotel for work. I was pleasantly surprised at the decor (very current) and the front desk staff (very friendly). My room decor was fine and I liked not having carpet. But my shower door was clearly broken - and came off hinge every time I tried to open the door. You can tell it had been broken for a while. My TV never worked. There was bad weather so I assumed that was the issue the first night. Second night, weather was fine, and still no satellite. Just expected basic necessities for a nicer hotel. Baxter's is an amazing restaurant though - and the prime reason I selected this hotel over others in the area.Report
